What the pre-flight check is
It is our first consultation, free and without commitment. We gave it a name because “free consultation” no longer means anything to anyone: everyone advertises one, and almost nobody says what goes into it.
The image comes from the profession that invented the method. An airline pilot runs the same check-list before every take-off, including after twenty years of flying. Not out of excessive caution, but because costly mistakes are visible on the ground, not in the air. A bank file, an import contract, a choice of legal form follow the same rule: what an hour fixes beforehand takes months to pay for afterwards.
In practice: one hour of discussion, your figures and documents on the table, and a reading made from the standpoint of whoever will examine you — the bank, the administration, the one-stop shop.
How the hour unfolds
Before. You send whatever you have: a trial balance, a bank statement, draft articles of association, a proforma invoice, a refusal letter. It does not matter if it is incomplete — incompleteness is already information.
During. We read together. We do not ask what you would like to hear; we look for the point that blocks you. There is usually only one, and it is rarely where it was assumed to be.
After. You receive a written page within 48 hours: three points that hold, three that do not, and the recommended next step. That page is yours. You may take it to another firm, or file it away.
What the pre-flight check is not
It is not a promise of financing. Nobody can guarantee a bank's approval, and anyone who guarantees it should worry you. What we do guarantee is that you will know what you are being measured against.
It is not a full study. A techno-economic study to the official template, a bank file, or a landed-cost reconstruction take weeks, not an hour. The pre-flight check tells you whether you need one — and sometimes that you do not.
It is not legal advice. We are a financial and economic studies practice. On points of law we tell you where the difficulty lies and which professional to see.
It is not a commitment. Nothing is owed afterwards. A share of these checks end with “your file holds, leave it alone”.
Who this hour helps most
- A bank file refused without explanation. The next bank will read the same Credit Register report. You need to know what it says before filing again.
- A profitable company whose cash is tightening. Profit is an opinion, cash is a fact. The gap between them has a name and a measure.
- A first import operation. The price calculated is almost never the price paid, and the gap sits in the financial cycle.
- A choice of legal form before the notary. A structure is hard to correct after signature: every correction goes through a general meeting and a deed.
- A foreign investor structuring their entry. What can later leave as dividends is decided on the day of incorporation, not three years later.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. It is the first consultation, free and without commitment, including the written page of conclusions sent afterwards. Nothing is owed, and a share of these conversations end with “your file holds”.
Because “free consultation” describes nothing: not the duration, not the content, not what you leave with. The pre-flight check has a scope, one hour, and a deliverable, a written page. The name comes from the check-list a pilot runs before every take-off, even after twenty years of flying.
Bring whatever you have, even if incomplete; a trial balance, a bank statement, draft articles, a proforma invoice, a refusal letter. A missing document is itself useful information.
No, and nobody can. The decision belongs to the bank's credit committee. What we bring is knowledge of the criteria you are measured against, and the true state of your file against those criteria.
Yes, by telephone or video for all 58 wilayas, or in person in Bab Ezzouar (Algiers).
