In short. This site showcases services and digital documents; the order itself goes through a form and then e-mail, and no payment ever passes through the site. A written quote fixes the scope, the price and the timeline before anything is binding. These terms spell out what happens at each step — including when either side wants to step back.
Scope and purpose

Every order placed with the practice implies unreserved acceptance of these terms. They exist in French, Arabic and English versions; should the translations diverge, the French version prevails.
Placing an order
An order may be placed through two equivalent channels:
- the form provided on the relevant product page (shop): your request reaches us and is then processed by e-mail;
- or directly by e-mail to contact@profitpilot.dz, or by phone on +213 550 02 02 87.
Online payment is not open. No money transits through this site: sending a request is not paying. Every request receives a written reply confirming scope, price and timeline before any mutual commitment.
The order becomes firm once you accept the quote as described below and — where applicable — once the advance payment it provides for has been made.
Prices and quotes
Prices are stated in Algerian dinars (DZD). Two pricing regimes coexist:
| What you order | How the price is set |
|---|---|
| Digital documents from the shop | The price displayed on the product page; some are free |
| Study and consulting services (bank file, feasibility study, company formation support…) | By written quote, after we review your project |
The quote states the deliverables, the total price, the timeline and the payment terms. It is free of charge and valid for thirty days from the date it is sent, unless stated otherwise. Past that point the price may be revised — in particular if a regulation cited in the quote has changed in the meantime.
Payment terms
Payment takes place off-site, under the terms set out in the accepted quote: bank transfer or another means agreed between the parties. A schedule — advance at start-up, balance on delivery — may be arranged for longer engagements.
No banking data ever reaches us through this site. The site collects no card numbers, no account details, no payment information whatsoever. If a message claiming to come from the practice asks you for such information, be wary and call +213 550 02 02 87 to verify.
An invoice compliant with sole-trader obligations is issued for every sum actually paid.
Delivery and performance
Everything sold here consists of services and digital documents: nothing travels by post.
- Digital documents — sent by e-mail, in the format announced on the product page, typically within anything from immediate to a few business days depending on the product.
- Studies and consulting — performed according to the statement of work in the quote. The clock starts only when two things arrive together: any advance payment the quote provides for, and the documents and information requested to get started. A missing item suspends the timeline, and you will be told so in writing.
Deliverables may include a question-and-answer window where the product page says so. Any request falling outside the quoted scope leads to a written amendment — never to implicit work.
Cancellation and refunds
Before any work begins you may cancel at no cost: a request left without follow-up owes nothing, and an accepted quote that has not yet started may be withdrawn with a simple written message so long as no advance has been paid.
Where an advance has been paid and work has begun:
- work actually completed by the cancellation date is due, pro rata to the agreed package price;
- any remaining balance of the advance is refunded within fifteen business days.
If it is the practice that cannot perform the service under the conditions of the quote, all sums paid are refunded in full, without deduction.
A digital document cannot be "returned". If you spot a material error or a factual inaccuracy, however, report it within fifteen days of receipt: the correction is made free of charge, or the product is refunded if the error is substantial.
Use of documents and intellectual property
The entire site — texts, tables, templates — is protected. Documents delivered upon an order are licensed for your own use or that of your company: a bank submission, internal analysis, company formation, preparation of your own procedures.
What they do not allow: resale, paid redistribution, online publication, or passing the method off under another name. Quoting a passage with its source is welcome; reproducing the whole document elsewhere is not. Should you need broader distribution — training, a franchise network, embedding into your own offer — write to us: a suitable licence is negotiated faster than one might think.
Liability
Studies and documents are prepared with care on the basis of the texts in force at their edition date, every regulatory statement pointing back to its source. They provide documentary and analytical assistance: they do not replace the bank's decision, nor that of the administrations you approach, nor the advice of a legal professional on intricate questions of law.
Algerian regulation moves — finance laws, circulars, implementing texts. A dated document describes the law as it stood at that date; verifying a figure shortly before deciding therefore remains advisable, and our publications state their verification date precisely for that reason.
In any event, the practice's liability shall not extend beyond the sums actually received for the service concerned.
Protection of your data
Placing an order means entrusting us with data — name, e-mail address, phone number, elements of your project. Their handling is described in detail in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
In short: they are used only to answer your request and, where applicable, to perform the engagement; they are neither sold nor transferred; and the order form travels through a technical provider based outside Algeria, which the policy states expressly. You have the rights of access, rectification and opposition opened by law No. 18-07, exercisable at contact@profitpilot.dz.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Algerian law.
Any complaint should first be sent to contact@profitpilot.dz or raised by phone: nearly all disagreements settle through a frank exchange. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall under the competent courts of Algiers, the practice's registered office being located in Bab Ezzouar.
