How to read an offer
Each line is a plot published by Algeria's investment promotion agency (AAPI): its wilaya and commune, the activity zone, the area, the activity it is intended for, and two dates. The closing date is the one that matters: after it, no application is accepted for that plot.
The activity listed is not decoration. A plot is published for a specific activity, and that activity sets your project's priority in the evaluation grid. Applying for a plot whose activity does not match your project means losing the heaviest points in the scoring.
You like an offer: what next?
You apply on the investor's digital platform, not here. Before you do, estimate your score with the 1,500-point grid simulator: it shows where your project drops points. The file then needs a feasibility study that follows the regulatory template.
The full process, the document list and how we can help are on the Economic land page.

A plot fits your project?
Before the closing date you still need to check eligibility, estimate the score and prepare the feasibility study. The first one-hour consultation is free.
