A credit file is rarely refused on the quality of the project. It is refused because the figures do not reconcile from one table to the next, because a ratio the analyst computes mechanically falls on the wrong side, or because the structure does not answer the questions being asked.

This template is built backwards: from what the bank recalculates, not from what the founder wants to tell. Assumption cells are isolated and flagged; everything else is linked, and therefore consistent by construction.

This is not a business plan. It is the tool that keeps you from making formal errors. The content stays yours.

In practice, the workbook opens on an assumptions sheet: the cells only you can fill in are grouped there and flagged, and they are the only ones to enter. The rest is already laid out — labels, sequence of tables, formulas. Capital expenditure feeds the funding plan, the repayment schedule feeds the forecast P&L, those feed year-one monthly cash, and the ratio sheet recomputes with every entry. You never copy a figure from one table into another: that is the very operation that brings a file down on an inconsistency. The Word structure is empty of content but not of instructions.

It will not be enough for everyone. If you do not yet know your prices, your volumes or your payment terms, the workbook will not invent them: we do not verify your commercial assumptions. If you want someone to fill the file in and carry it through to filing, that is the full bank file preparation. If it is already written and you want an opinion, that is the pre-filing review. Here, for 4,500 DZD, you buy a structure and arithmetical consistency; the substance stays yours.
