The online guide explains the law applicable to electronic signatures of Algerian companies. This workbook does something else: it turns that law into dated decisions, in a format you can print, fill in and archive.
It starts from a field observation. In improvised rollouts, four gaps recur: a vague map of who signs, a certificate choice made by habit rather than by function, an order file bounced for one missing document, and no deadline tracking — until an expired certificate freezes a bid at the worst moment. Each gap takes one sheet; all of them cost dearly when discovered too late.
