Many enquiries begin with a solution rather than a problem: "I need a business plan", "I need a feasibility study". Half the time, that is not what the company needs.
This session exists to settle that question, at closed scope and for a known amount. It creates no obligation to continue, and the note is yours — including if you take the next step elsewhere.
The hour does not begin at the meeting: it begins with the reading of the documents you send beforehand, twenty pages at most. If you have nothing to send, the session still takes place, but its first third then goes on reconstructing the facts, and less time is left to sort them. We spend that first third asking questions of fact, not proposing. Only afterwards do we state what we see, and you can contest it on the spot — which is more useful than discovering it in the note.
The session is not for someone who already knows what they want to do. If your need is named — a study to build, a file to rework — the hour will go on confirming what you already knew, and eight thousand dinars will be poorly spent on that. Nor is it for someone expecting a document to rely on before a third party. Once the note is delivered, within forty-eight hours, what follows is no longer ours: many of our notes end in actions the director carries out alone. That is a normal outcome of the session, not a failure.
