Where you file

The two header lines of the form show the tax directorate of the wilaya where the property is, and the collection office where you file.

You, the landlord

The form names you as the landlord. If you live abroad, enter your current address. The “commune” box takes your city and the “wilaya” box your country. Write in Latin letters: the official form is in French.

The tenant

The tenant is a person or a company. Their NIF and NIN go on the form only if they have one.

The rented property

Printed on the property tax notice, if there is one.

Rent and tax

The yearly amount sets the regime; the amount received is the base of THIS return.

Total rent for the year, service charges excluded.

One month, one quarter, or several months paid in advance.

The deadline is the 20th of the following month.
